For faster help, include your app version, iOS version, and any error or generation ID shown in the app. Do not include a personal photo or prayer text unless it is necessary and you are comfortable sharing it.

Quick answers
Do I need an account or password?
No. My Prayer Today uses an anonymous, protected installation key. There is no account sign-up, username, or password.
How do I restore or manage my subscription?
Open Settings in My Prayer Today and choose the purchase-management option, or go directly to Apple’s subscription settings. Purchases are billed by Apple. If access is not recognized after a purchase, use Restore Purchases in the app before contacting us.
How do I remove my photo?
Open Settings → My Photo → Remove My Photo. This removes the local source and derived photo data and requests deletion of associated server-side references. See Privacy Choices for details.
What should I do if prayer creation stops or fails?
Keep the app open briefly and check your internet connection, then try again from the app. If the problem continues, email us with the error or generation ID, approximate time, app version, and iOS version. You do not need to send the prayer intention itself.
Where are my saved prayers and videos stored?
Your saved prayer library is stored on your iPhone. It remains there until you delete individual prayers, delete the app’s data, or remove the app, subject to any device backups you control. Finished prayer videos are exported at Full HD resolution.
How do I share a prayer video?
Open the completed prayer, choose Share, and use the standard iPhone share sheet. The recipient and destination are controlled by the app you select from that sheet.
Which languages are planned for the first release?
We are preparing the first release for English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese.
How do I make a privacy request?
Email support@myprayertoday.app with the subject “Privacy request.” Our Privacy Policy explains the available choices and information that can help us locate the right installation.
